The Role of Teaching Practice in Development of Student of the Teachers Training for Primary School

The diploma thesis named Pedagogical practices and their tasks for primary school teachers' development deals with the topic of the pedagogical practices at colleges and universities. The thesis finds out the extent of students' being ready for carrying the practice out. The following task of the thesis is to describe what the students and beginner teachers think about the practice. The theoretical part is aimed at the pedagogical practice process and its connection with the primary teachers' education. Important part of the thesis is to compare the time extent of the practice at different colleges and universities. The practical part works with the qualitative research. The used methods for this part are questionnaire and interview. The pedagogical faculty students describe their experience with the pedagogical practices. The beginner teachers evaluate the level of the practices. Teachers personality in the 21st century

The aim of diploma thesis Teachers personality in the 21st century is to point out the importance of the human spiritual dimension, as well as the importance of personality development of every teacher. The thesis is trying to disclose which of the challenges are teachers facing nowadays and how the students and pupils themselves are affected by their lecturers. The paper describes the transformation of the teacher's role in present-day society. Two different approaches in teachers training are presented and compared - classical higher education and Waldorf education. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of the personality concept regarding a psychological point of view, as well as the definition of teacher education paradigm transformation relating to key competences and professional teachers standards. One section of the text is describing the basic principles of Waldorf pedagogy. The empirical part consists of an analysis of two different teacher education approaches, obtained through interviews with representatives of the Faculty of Education of Charles University in Prague and Freie Hochschule in Stuttgart. EDUCATION OF TEACHERS IN SELECTED COUNTRIES

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of education of upper secondary teachers in chosen countries including the Czech Republic. Its objective is to analyse requirements for teachers' training, qualifications and continuing professional development. The thesis primarily looks into the organisation of the education system and governance, legislation and principals of upper secondary teachers' training in chosen countries. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one specifies the environment of chosen countries using different criteria (the Czech Republic, England and Wales, Finland) and also the teachers' training, qualification and development dilemma in particular countries is detailed in this part. The countries involved are described in general (geographic location, political system, social, cultural and economic situation). The outline of the development and current situation of each society contributes to the understanding of particular systems of education. Chosen countries are characterised by a considerable geographic distance and also by different historical development. Application of knowledge and skills gained by participating in the project OP VK "Professional support of teachers of preschool education" into practice - qualitative research

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the project ,,Professional support for teachers of preschool education." The goal of the study was to determine the motives for signing up for the courses. Furthermore, it relates to benefits and difficulties perceived by the course participants themselves, but also by education employees of kindergartens, where the participants work. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains chapters concerning further education for teachers and adults, and it reviews the project itself. The practical part describes the research. For a comprehensive insight into the problems, the kindergartens are investigated as multiple case studies. The results are for clarity set in the tables that correspond with chosen research questions.
